Delete your account

Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible. There is no trash bin and no grace period - once you confirm, we cannot bring your data back.

What gets deleted

The account and sign-in details: email address, password, display name
Matches stored in the cloud, including full GPS data
Your own pitches
Licence and request history
Active devices - all of them get signed out

What stays

Only a record that the deletion happened: the date, where the request came from and a hash of the email address (not the address). Without it we could not confirm that your request was carried out.

Data stored locally in the phone and watch app never reaches us - clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove it.
